This Privacy Policy explains how IT MATTERS GROUP LTD. ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the WalkList mobile application (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad.
By downloading, installing, or using WalkList, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
All photos, checklists, tags, and exported PDFs you create are stored locally on your device only, unless you explicitly choose to share a .walklist file with another user or device (see "File Sharing" below). We have no access to this content.
WalkList uses RevenueCat, a third-party purchase management service, to verify and manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect limited, non-personal data such as an anonymous app user ID, transaction and purchase history, and basic device identifiers. This data is used solely to deliver, verify, and manage your in-app purchase entitlements. For more information, see RevenueCat's privacy policy:
RevenueCat processes your data in accordance with their own privacy policy and Apple's App Store Review Guidelines. We have selected RevenueCat as a trusted third-party provider and rely on their published privacy practices to safeguard your data. We encourage you to review their privacy policy linked above.
By downloading and using WalkList, you consent to the limited data collection described in this section. If you do not consent, please do not use the App.
Aside from the purchase management data described above, WalkList does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
First-time sharing notice: The first time you use the file sharing feature (.walklist export), the App will present a consent prompt explaining that your file may contain photos with embedded metadata (including location data) and that shared files are not encrypted. You must acknowledge this prompt before your first export. This is in addition to the disclosures in this Privacy Policy.
WalkList allows you to export a .walklist file containing your tasks, tags, and associated photos. This file can be shared with another user or device using Apple's built-in share sheet (e.g., AirDrop, Messages, Mail, or other sharing methods provided by your device).
